Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Handover Coordinator to join our team. The Handover Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of projects from the construction phase to the operational phase. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the project team to develop a handover plan and timeline
- Monitor and track progress of handover activities
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with handover requirements
- Review handover documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained
- Act as a liaison between the construction team and operations team
- Prepare handover reports and present to management
- Conduct post-handover reviews and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all handover activities
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during the handover process
- Provide support to the operations team during the initial stages of project operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to project handover
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
