About the Opportunity

Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a Part-Time Hand Therapist to join our collaborative orthopaedic and therapy team. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys autonomy, a steady outpatient caseload, and the opportunity to work closely with board-certified orthopaedic hand surgeons.

Our integrated therapy department offers a strong referral base, advanced equipment, and a supportive, collegial environment where excellence and patient outcomes are our top priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with hand and wrist injuries
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
  • Fabricate custom splints and provide post-operative rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and therapy colleagues for coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

  • Active or eligible Arizona Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license
  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred, or candidates actively working toward CHT certification
  • Minimum 2 years of hand therapy experience required
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-education skills
