
The Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist) to join our growing therapy team. This position will focus on evaluating and treating patients with upper extremity and hand conditions while working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credentialing is preferred, but not required. We are committed to supporting professional growth and offer mentorship opportunities as well as financial assistance for therapists pursuing CHT certification.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and assisting patients throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to safely perform patient handling activities and meet the physical demands of a clinical environment.
Travel may be required to existing or new TOI locations.
