Job Description

The HAM Release and Delivery Specialist will help to ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions across the full delivery lifecycle, including demand intake, platform development, testing, and release governance.

This role combines ServiceNow development expertise, testing discipline, and analytical capabilities to deliver scalable, compliant, and value-driven solutions supporting global Hardware Asset Management processes.

It is a key role to ensure the alignment between business and platform team.

Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Development & Configuration

  • Design and maintain ServiceNow forms aligned with HAM data standards
  • Develop Flow Designer workflows for asset lifecycle processes
  • Configure Business Rules and Data Policies
  • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Help in maintenance regression testing automation
  • Ensure test cases are updated
  • Reduce production defects through structured testing

3. Demand & Incident Management

  • Convert incidents into demands or fixes
  • Support demand collection and prioritization
  • Translate demands into requirements
  • Validate business value for prioritization

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and reports
  • Provide data-driven insights
  • Ensure reporting supports governance and audit

5. Release Management Support

  • Support release planning
  • Prepare release notes
  • Ensure compliance with release governance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • ServiceNow development (forms, flows, UI policies)
  • Experience with HAM Pro or ITSM modules
  • Familiarity with test automation tools
  • Understanding of integrations

Analytical & Professional Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills

Certifications

Required

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow HAM Professional
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
