0.5FTE Half-Time Job Share Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical GroupVarious locations throughout San Diego County- Sorrento Mesa, Mira Mesa Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group has been at the forefront of clinical excellence for over a century, providing integrated, coordinated care to generations of San Diegans. SRSMG has 19 clinic locations and over 700 board-certified primary care and specialty care providers located across San Diego communities.  Position Details:

• 100% Outpatient Practice- Primary Care
• Starting year 1 guarantee salary of $132,500.00 - Compensation does not include productivity/bonuses.  Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
• Shared phone call across a large provider pool
• 2.5-day work week averaging 16-20 patients/day- Flexible scheduling available with option of ½ day virtual care
• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine Board certification required within 2 years of employment.
• Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)
• Sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401K
• PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible
