Salary Range: $16.67 - $20.84 Hourly

Additional compensation includes:
- Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually
- 1.5x Holiday Pay

Position Summary: The Hairstylist is responsible for providing an excellent salon experience for each resident by dressing hair according to individual style, taste, or request of the patron.
- Communicates with residents to schedule and meet their styling expectations.
- Provides full-service salon treatments such as: hair color, bleach, tint, perms, shampoo, blow-dry, cut/trim, styling, neck or face massage, eyebrow treatments, waxing, etc.
- Ensures the sanitization of the salon.
Education and/or

Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintain a 2 year Cosmopolitan License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mindset for teamwork with a positive attitude.
- Experience with seniors preferred.
