Traverse Alpine Group is seeking talented and enthusiastic Hairdressers to join our team for the Winter Season 2026 at Falls Creek. This seasonal role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant alpine environment, providing exceptional hairdressing services to guests enjoying their winter holidays. Responsibilities

• Deliver professional hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to a diverse clientele.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on hairstyles suited to their needs.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon area and ensure tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Keep abreast of current hair trends and techniques to offer up-to-date services.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all clients to enjoy their salon experience.
• Recommend and retail hair care products to promote client satisfaction and retention.
• Work collaboratively with the broader Traverse Alpine Group team to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Hairdresser, ideally in a fast-paced or seasonal environment.
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to variable workloads.
• Relevant hairdressing qualifications or certifications.
• Availability to work full-time during the Winter Season 2026 at Falls Creek.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
