Shift Lead – Drybar Naperville

📍 Naperville, IL🕒 Full-Time💰 $20/hour + Tips + Retail Commission

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Must be available Thursday–Monday

• Must be flexible for both opening and closing shifts

• Weekend availability required

Pay & Bonus

• Starting at $18/hour

• Tips

• Retail commission

• Monthly bonus up to $500

What You’ll Do

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations

• Lead the team during scheduled shifts

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience

• Coach, support, and motivate team members

• Help drive membership and retail sales

• Maintain Drybar standards and service quality

• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and shop organization

• Resolve guest concerns in a professional, solutions-focused way

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership, key holder, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and professional

• Salon, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
