We’re Birmingham’s premier blow dry bar, and the busy season is here! Our salon is buzzing with energy, clients, and endless opportunities for talented stylists to shine. Our stylists enjoy a flexible schedule to support work-life balance, a competitive base pay, lucrative tips, and 20% commission on retail and add-on sales. Our stylists average up to $40 per hour!

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate, creative, licensed hairstylists ready to work in a high-traffic environment
• Active Alabama Cosmetology License
• Skills in blowouts, styling, updos, and customer service
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team attitude

Blow Dry Bar Stylist – Responsibilities:

• Provide professional blowouts and styling.
• Perform shampooing, scalp massage, and prep services.
• Recommend and educate clients on products & treatments.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with every visit.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and salon standards.
• Support team flow and participate in training.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
