📍 Naperville, IL🕒 Full-Time💰 Starting at $18.25/hour + Tips + Retail Commission

• Must be able to work opening and closing shifts

What You’ll Do

• Train and coach stylists on Drybar techniques and standards

• Support onboarding and ongoing team development

• Provide hands-on education in styling, blowouts, and guest experience

• Reinforce service quality and brand consistency

• Partner with leadership to identify training needs

• Help elevate team performance through feedback and coaching

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences when on the floor

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical styling skills (blowouts and finishing styles)

• Passion for education, coaching, and team development

• Positive, supportive leadership style

• Strong communication skills

• Salon or beauty industry experience required

• Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus
