Key Responsibilities

Hair Cutting & Styling

• 
  Provide professional hair cutting, trimming, and styling services for clients.
• 
  Recommend hairstyles based on face shape, hair type, and client preferences.
• 
  Create a variety of styles for daily wear, special occasions, and events.
• 
  Stay updated on current hair trends and styling techniques.

Hair Coloring & Treatments

• 
  Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, toning, and corrective color services.
• 
  Apply hair treatments including keratin, protein, conditioning, and scalp treatments.
• 
  Assess hair condition and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• 
  Ensure proper application techniques to achieve desired client results.

Client Consultation & Service Excellence

• 
  Conduct consultations to understand client expectations and requirements.
• 
  Provide expert advice on hair care, maintenance, and styling.
• 
  Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• 
  Ensure a welcoming, professional, and personalized salon experience.

Product Knowledge & Retail Support

• 
  Recommend professional hair care products to clients.
• 
  Educate clients on product usage and home hair care routines.
• 
  Support salon retail initiatives through product promotion and sales.
• 
  Stay informed about new products, treatments, and beauty innovations.

Hygiene & Salon Standards

• 
  Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• 
  Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
• 
  Ensure all tools and products are used and stored appropriately.
• 
  Assist in maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.

Team Collaboration

• 
  Work closely with salon team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• 
  Support salon events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• 
  Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives.

  Contribute positively to the salon's professional and creative culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  Certification or Diploma in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• 
  3–8 years of experience as a professional Hair Dresser in a salon environment.
• 
  Strong expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatment services.
• 
  Experience working in premium or luxury salons is an advantage.
