Position Overview

Tisun Beauty is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Hair Department Sales Associate for our Steele Creek location.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in hair products, beauty trends, and customer service. This individual will assist customers with product selections, maintain department organization, restock merchandise, and support daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting wigs, hair extensions, braiding hair, and other hair products.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department.
• Restock merchandise and monitor product availability.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and organized.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Support department sales goals and store operations.
• Work collaboratively with department managers and other team members.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hair products, wigs, extensions, and braiding hair is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and assist customers.
• Flexible availability, including weekends as needed.
