Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Prepare and sanitize stations before and after each client.
  • Welcome clients and offer refreshments to ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Shampoo, condition, and rinse clients' hair.
  • Assist stylists during coloring, treatments, and chemical services.
  • Blow-dry or rough-dry hair under stylist supervision.
  • Mix colors and treatments as instructed by the stylist.
  • Keep tools, brushes, and equipment clean and sanitized.
  • Maintain towel stock (washing, drying, folding).
  • Support with retail product display and restocking.
  • Sweep floors and keep the salon area clean at all times.
  • Assist with applying treatments such as masks, oils, or serums.
  • Escort clients to the washbasin and back to the chair.
  • Observe stylists' techniques as part of ongoing learning.
  • Handle small errands (fetching products, tools, etc.).
  • Ensure client comfort during services (magazines, cushions, blankets).
