As part of Hail Creek Open Cut’s 2027 Operator Contractor Conversion Campaign, we are inviting applications from current contractor Mining Operators who would like to be considered for permanent employment with Hail Creek Open Cut.
We are looking for skilled and motivated Mining Operators who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence.
As an experienced Mining Operator already working within Hail Creek Open Cut, you understand the importance of safe and productive mining practices. You will demonstrate self-leadership, accountability, a positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work.
