General
The Haematology Business Manager (HBM) will be responsible for driving sales of BeOne’s Haematology product(s), achieving territory business targets and further establishing recognition of BeOne in the Haematology market. This will be achieved by performingsales-relatedactivitiesandpartneringwithcliniciansandotherstakeholdersto help improve the health and well-being of cancer patients. The HBMs will proactively engage customerstocommunicatethe valueofBeOne’s medicine(s) and solutionsthat benefit patients, HCP and company.
The ideal candidate will be capable of autonomously managing the entire territory’s sales target,demonstratingresilienceandconfidenceinchallengingHCPsandpresentingdatain an engaging manner.The HBM will provide HCPs with information thatwill enable them to have confidence and prescribe BeOne’s Haematology product(s).The HBM will be accountable for achieving territory-specific business and sales goals, moving customers along the adoption ladder and driving market share growth.
The HBM willoperatewithasolution-orientatedmindsetandastrongdriveforsuccess;they will be capable of increasing engagement with customers by adjusting their channel, focus, andbehaviourtoinfluence, gainagreementandmeetthecustomer’spreferenceandneeds.
TheHBMwillberequiredtooperateinafullycompliantmanner withdruglawsand regulations when representing BeOne.
Role Responsibilities:
Developand proactively implementcomprehensive territory-specificsalesplansto achieve business and sales goals and meet customer needs
Workingcross-functionally,buildcustomizedengagementplansthatdrivebest-in-class engagements to communicate the value of BeOne’s medicine(s)
Utilisedataandanalyticstoprioritiseengagementsandinteractions. Understand customerchannelpreference,focusandbehavioursandadjuststyleanddelivery accordingly to deliver meaningful engagements with HCPs
Implementsalesplansinlinewithmarketingstrategyandprovidemarketinsights to further enhance BeOne’s future focus
EducateHCPsondatarelatingtoBeOne’shaematologyproduct(s),clearly communicate differentiation to enable clinicians to develop confidence in prescribing
Embraceinnovativeandtransformationalwaysofdoingthingstoaccomplish things that others thought were impossible
Develop a deep understanding of customer and patients’ needs through interactionsandestablishsuperiorworkingrelationshipswithkeyhaematologists in assigned territory
Performalladministrativefunctionsrequiredoftheposition,includingcapturing customer engagements in an online CRM system
ConsistentlyensureoperationinaccordancewithBeOne´sStandardsofconduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.

Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalent professional experience
5+ years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry ideally withHaematology experience

ProvenpeerrelationshipswithandexposuretoexternalclinicalexpertsandKey Opinion Leaders (KOL); demonstrated ability to proactively engage internal and external leaders and serve as a clinical expert for relevant therapeutic area.
