Job Description

Provide assistance in moving customer vehicles and parking them in their designated areas, preparing them to enter the shop. Complies with Ford and the dealerships safety and environmental programs and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide shuttle service for customer when needed to their place of work or home
• Move vehicles to and from the technicians’ bays
• Prepare vehicles to enter the shop
• Park vehicles in their designated areas
• Assist with customer deliveries as needed
• Pick up parts from the Parts Department
• Comply with OSHA, federal, state and local laws regarding safety, hazardous materials and environmental materials
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
