The H145 Senior Logistics & Supply Specialist will support a major H145 helicopter maintenance, repair, training, and operational support program in Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on the planning, management, control, and continuous improvement of logistics and supply activities required to support safe and efficient H145 maintenance operations.
The position covers aircraft parts supply, spares planning, inventory control, component tracking, procurement coordination, warehousing, material availability, repairable items, tooling support, technical documentation, supply chain reporting, and logistics quality assurance.
The successful candidate will act as a senior subject-matter expert for H145 logistics and supply processes, ensuring that all materials, parts, consumables, tools, and supply chain activities are properly controlled, traceable, compliant, and aligned with aircraft maintenance requirements, operational priorities, and international aviation standards.
Main Job Description
The H145 Senior Logistics & Supply Specialist will lead and support logistics and supply operations for H145 helicopter maintenance activities, ensuring that aircraft spares, components, consumables, tools, and support equipment are available, traceable, and controlled in accordance with approved procedures and aviation standards.
The specialist will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and improving logistics workflows, supply chain processes, inventory management systems, warehousing procedures, material request processes, component control systems, repairable item tracking, shelf-life control, quarantine procedures, and parts traceability practices.
The role requires strong practical knowledge of H145 helicopter logistics, including spares forecasting, material planning, maintenance-driven demand planning, aircraft-on-ground support, critical parts management, rotables, consumables, expendables, calibrated equipment, ground support equipment, and vendor coordination.
The specialist will coordinate closely with maintenance management, B1/B2 technicians, quality control, planning, procurement, warehouse teams, training personnel, OEM representatives, and customer stakeholders to ensure that logistics support is aligned with maintenance schedules, aircraft availability targets, and operational requirements.
The position also includes the development and improvement of Aircraft Maintenance Logistics and Supply Manuals, work instructions, process maps, reporting templates, control procedures, and performance monitoring tools. The specialist will evaluate logistics and supply deliverables for projects and programs, support audits, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements to increase supply chain reliability and maintenance readiness.
The role may also involve proficiency upgrade training, OJT support, and counterpart training for local logistics and supply personnel, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainable capability development within the project team.

Qualifications and Requirements
The candidate must hold a BE, BSc, or equivalent degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
The candidate must have at least ten years of practical experience in logistics and supply activities for H145 helicopters or closely comparable rotary-wing platforms. Direct experience supporting H145 maintenance operations, spares management, component control, supply chain planning, and aviation logistics quality assurance is strongly required.
The candidate must have a strong background in international aviation maintenance, training, operations, and logistics systems, with working knowledge of relevant international standards and authorities such as EASA, FAA, ICAO, GACA, IATA, and other applicable regulatory or aviation organizations.
