Gynecology Registered Nurse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Gynecology Nursing, Women's Health Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Labor & Delivery, Maternity, or related specialties.
• Experience in gynecology clinics, inpatient gynecology units, women's health services, pre-operative and post-operative gynecological care is preferred.
• Dataflow verification is mandatory.
• Saudi nursing license (SCFHS) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for gynecology patients.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to women undergoing gynecological evaluation, treatment, and surgical procedures.
• Assist physicians during gynecological examinations, diagnostic procedures, and minor interventions.
• Monitor patients before and after gynecological procedures and surgeries, ensuring timely identification and management of complications.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and maintain accurate medication records.
• Monitor and document vital signs, laboratory results, and patient progress.
• Educate patients regarding gynecological conditions, treatment plans, medications, preventive care, reproductive health, and post-procedure instructions.
• Provide support and counseling to patients regarding women's health concerns and treatment options.
• Collaborate with gynecologists, surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and treatment charts.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care arrangements.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Promote patient dignity, privacy, and emotional well-being throughout the care journey.
