The Gymnastics Program Director plays a vital leadership role in coaching and overseeing the daily operations of our recreational gymnastics program. This includes teaching children of different ages and levels, mentoring staff, supporting families, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring exceptional program delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, driven by results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

The United States Swim School Association began as The National Swim School Association (NSSA). It was founded in 1988 to provide a trade association for those who operate swimming schools in the United States. In 2003 the National Swim School Association changed it’s name to the United States Swim School Association.
