To thrive as a Gymnastics Instructor at the Y, you'll need a blend of skills and enthusiasm! Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a solid understanding of preschool tumbling and gymnastics instruction. Your ability to connect with children of all ages and abilities will be key-after all, you're not just teaching skills, you're building a love for the sport! Strong communication with parents is essential too, as you'll be their go-to resource for their child's gymnastics journey.
