Job

Summary
The Gymnastics Instructor is responsible for independently instructing gymnasts at all class levels and leading programmed classes. This role requires weekend availability and a strong ability to engage, motivate, and safely train participants in a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently instruct gymnastics classes at all skill levels
- Lead structured and programmed classes
- Ensure participant safety and proper technique
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive class environment
- Follow facility policies and safety guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Maintain a high level of physical activity for extended periods
- Ability to demonstrate skills and actively participate in instruction
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds

Qualifications
- Previous experience in gymnastics or related disciplines such as dance, parkour, ninja, or cheerleading
- Must be at least 16 years of age
