The Dean and Barbara White Southlake YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to serve as our next Program Director for the Gymnastics, Dance, Ninja, and Cheer Center. This role involves leading a dedicated team across these programs and delivering high-quality activities to over 1,300 children each week. With more than 45,000 members, our YMCA is the fastest-growing association in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, leadership, and development, with strong organizational skills. They should be collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to meeting member needs, with availability for evening shifts until 8 p.m. and Saturdays.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Program Director is responsible for but not limited to: manages program operation, development and growth, participant satisfaction, member and staff retention and safety, staff supervision, onboarding, training, and coaching. As a Program Director at the Y, you lead an environment that is inviting and serves all.
