We’re launching our very first Gymshark gym in Wynwood Miami, and we’re looking for passionate, energetic Gym Team Members to help bring it to life. You’ll be at the heart of an entirely new fitness experience, shaping the culture, setting the standard, and creating a community that people want to be part of.

As the face of the gym, you’ll deliver more than just great service, you’ll create unforgettable first impressions, build connections, and help define what Gymshark looks and feels like in a physical space. Every interaction, every moment on the floor, and every member experience starts with you.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Keeping the gym running smoothly through daily operations and member check-ins
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and premium environment across all spaces
• Acting as a true Gymshark ambassador, creating an inclusive, motivating community
• Generating new member sign-ups through walk in's and also outbound/inbound sales calls
• Delivering a standout, high-energy member experience, making every visit feel welcoming and motivating
• Be the first point of contact, owning front desk interactions, calls, and member enquiries
• Bringing the brand to life by promoting events, products, and experiences
• Supporting retail sales, contributing to team and individual targets

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and community
• Strong people skills - you love talking to people and making them feel welcome
• A positive, energetic attitude that lifts the room
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Team-first mindset with a willingness to get stuck in
• High attention to detail and pride in your environment
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak times
• Ability to stand, walk and remain active for extended periods with or without reasonable adjustment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed, with or without reasonable adjustments

Nice to have:

• Previous gym or retail experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish proficiency is highly valued
