Gym Manager - Brilliant independent gym chain

A fantastic fitness job based in Solihull

£26-30k basic salary plus great OTE £38k+

We are searching for a motivated, experienced, and high-energy Gym Manager to lead their brand-new gym coming soon to Solihull. You are someone who thinks on their feet, loves fitness and thrives on delivering a first-class member experience. While you will head up your own local club, you will also collaborate closely with other Gym Managers across the region to drive business-wide performance. There is great earning potential and the chance for progression into HO and regional positions.

Key responsibilities of this job in fitness:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily gym operations, health & safety compliance, manage staff rotas, optimise equipment layout, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Sales & Retention: Drive club growth by implementing local marketing strategies to boost new memberships and maximise member retention

• Fitness delivery: You must love delivering fitness/ Personal Training sessions and this will form a big part of your role

• Team Leadership: Manage a small and brilliant team of Personal Trainers and FOH

About you:

• A natural and confident sales-person (background doesn't have to be in fitness industry sales)

• Qualified (must be level 3 Personal Training as a minimum) that loves fitness and delivering world-class sessions to members

• Service focussed and thriving on leading the gym floor

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
