The latest addition sits on the 52nd floor, home to two penthouses, The Loft and The Proper One, as well as BAR-i, an exclusive-access bar overlooking Jakarta’s skyline.

SPA & WELLNESS OPERATIONS

• Deliver personal training sessions, group fitness classes, and wellness activities in a safe and professional manner.
• Ensure all training sessions start on time and provide an enjoyable experience for guests and members.
• Promote a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive fitness environment.
• Support the planning and delivery of monthly fitness classes, workshops, and wellness programs.
• Maintain a high standard of safety for guests, members, colleagues, and the fitness facility.
• Build positive relationships with guests by providing friendly, professional, and personalized service.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of fitness, wellness, and the hotel's spa and fitness facilities.
• Keep fitness certifications up to date and continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.
• Ensure the fitness area and equipment are clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of guests and colleagues at all times.
• Follow the Spa & Fitness policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Represent the hotel and Accor brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Certified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer with valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, spa, or wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, training methods, and fitness equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Positive, energetic, and service-oriented with the ability to motivate and engage guests.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a professional attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to safety and guest well-being.
