Perform quality installations and repairs of windshields and other automotive glass components.
Provide excellent service and communicate effectively with management.
Utilize various tools and techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
Removal and installation of fixed glass for body repair and refinish

Together with his former business partner, Van Gurley, Mike expanded the business to South Bend, IN, in 1977, acquiring the Buick store downtown.
