ØPrepare Purchase Order for procurement of Raw-Material and CAPAX items and correspondence with the Foreign Supplier for the Material Supply and dispatch schedule on required time
ØLC opening documents for the Import of Raw Material.
ØManage the supply chain activities
ØMaintain the Import data sheet (MIS) with necessary data
ØFollow-up with CHA for the Customs clearance and submit the original documents and customs clearance documents (Product Literature, COA and End use application and Insurance certificate) to the CHA
ØFollow-up with Freight forwarder for the Cargo Arrival Notice and Shipping Line Charges for making the payment to avoid any demurrage and detention.
ØMinimize the Logistics cost by bringing the freight rate and customs clearance charges and Transportation Charges.
ØTo Avoid the Detention and Demurrage charges by making bringing the Shipping Line Chagres invoice and by Filing Bill of Entry in advance.
ØHandover the original documents to CHA for Customs clearance of the cargo and take the delivery of the material ASAP.
ØBachelor's Degree.
ØShould have 10-15 Yrs of relevant experience.
