Job Description

We are looking for a passionate guide to lead guests on ATV tours in the area around Litla kaffistofan. This is a chance to be part of a forward-thinking team in a stunning natural setting where no two tours are the same. This is a part-time position running until the end of October, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Guiding ATV tours in the area around Hengill and Jósepsdalur.
• Tour preparation and assistance with safety equipment.
• Close-out and tidying after trips.
• Working in line with company environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Other tasks as they arise.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in guiding is preferred.
• A valid category B driving license is essential. Category D is an advantage.
• Strong spoken English is essential, Icelandic is a strong advantage. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to deliver — both with guests and as part of a team.
• Flexible, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Presentable and punctual.
