RH is seeking a Guesthouse Door Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all guest arriving and departing are greeted in a professional and personable manner
• Assist with guest luggage and packages in and out of vehicles
• Ensure the highest level of privacy, security and safety for all

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years experience in customer service or similar role within a luxury environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and overnights
• Knowledgeable of the community and area in which the Guesthouse is located to assist guests with local information on special events (sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and restaurants)
• Possess or ability to qualify for a NYS Guard Card
• Demonstrate full and comprehensive knowledge of the building including all services, amenities, and functions
• Maintain knowledge of the evacuation plan along with emergency procedures for emergency crews such as first responders, utility personnel, etc.
• Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards
• Respond to incidents and disturbances including, but not limited to, property emergencies, noise complaints, and smoking complaints
• Partner with Leadership to resolve disputes

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sustained standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping for extended periods of time
• This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
