Guest Services Team Leader (24 hours)

As a Guest Services Team Leader you will receive:

Salary: £13.54 per hour plus service charge

We are looking for a Guest Services Team Leader:

Who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
Who plays a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
Who possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
Who share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
With previous experience as a Senior Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host or Hotel Receptionist preferable
