Join Stag Lodge as our Guest Services Supervisor and be at the heart of unforgettable guest experiences! Lead our front-desk team, handle inquiries with flair, and coordinate local and resort activities—all while supporting the Guest Services Manager in keeping operations seamless. Duties Include:

  • Provide attentive, friendly service to ensure every guest has a memorable stay from arrival to departure.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff while evaluating performance and supporting their development.
  • Oversee daily front desk and guest service operations, resolving guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
  • Act as the go-to resource for guests, assisting with activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation, and coordinating with other departments for seamless experiences.
  • Support the Guest Services Manager with staff scheduling, performance reviews, inventory, and managing on-site billing and transactions.

Start Date: 11/1/26

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, mostly evening shifts (2:30 pm–11 pm)

Job Requirements:

We’re looking for a guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at multitasking, and excels at problem-solving while leading and collaborating with a team. They greet guests warmly, are personable, adaptable, and innovative, with strong time management skills. A valid driver’s license with at least five years of driving experience—comfortable driving in snow—is required. Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with POS or reservation systems is a plus.
