We are seeking to recruit a diverse team with varying time commitments. We can offer full-time or part-time shifts with seasonal or long-term employment and varying benefits. Compensation Information: $19.35 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light (L); work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

  • Proficient spoken English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly developed guest relations skills with the ability to assess the needs and up-sell our products.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Respectful, reliable, and punctual team player.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the local resort and regional area, or a willingness to actively learn and share that knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the daily operation of the Guest Services desk located in the Village Day Lodge.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing accurate resort information and assisting with the sale of downhill biking and hiking lift tickets, season passes, golf memberships, and winter products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through all communication channels consistently aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Provide timely responses to guest emails, answer phone inquiries, actively monitor and manage the Guest Services online chatbot, and complete all related tasks as required to support daily operations.
  • Interact with guests in a professional, efficient, courteous and friendly manner at all times.
  • Accurately use the RTP POS system for sales transactions, securely manage cash, and balance sales to system reports.
  • Maintain a proactive and organized approach to daily tasks and guest interactions.
  • Perform additional duties and provide support to other areas within the Guest Services department when requested.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Guest Services office, individual workstations and communal spaces.
