
Provide pleasant, professional, and efficient front-desk support by performing a variety of duties, including answering telephones, warmly greeting and assisting guests, and checking families in and out of Tri Delta Place. Provide helpful recommendations, directions, and information to enhance each guest’s overall experience.
Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist Security with maintaining a safe and secure environment by accurately signing visitors, volunteers, and vendors in and out of Tri Delta Place and monitoring access to the facility.
Schedule: 2:30-11:30 p.m., including weekends.
Bilingual is preferred but not required.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $19.00 - $30.00 per hour for the role of Guest Services Representative.
