At the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful connections with our guests. As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet and the person who ensures their stay begins and ends seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide efficient check-in and check-out services in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Respond promptly and warmly to guest questions, concerns, and special requests—always keeping management informed of unusual situations.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy levels through suggestive selling and yield management strategies.
• Review daily reservations, process special requests, and ensure timely delivery of guest amenities.
• Stay informed about current rates, packages, and promotions and communicate them effectively.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of guest rooms, in-house facilities, and local attractions.
• Maintain a cash bank, process transactions accurately, and complete all required reports and paperwork.
• Support Reception Managers, fellow guest service agents, reservations, and PBX operators to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience. Guest Services/Front Desk Agent experience is a plus.
• Developed English skills both written and orally.
• Lifting up to 30 pounds
• Requires standing to a significant degree.
