Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to all internal and external guest at the Guest Services Center. Answers all Casino rewards program questions, encourages rewards program loyalty, and advertises property events, promotions, and prizes. Responsible for conducting guest transactions in an accurate and efficient manner; including exchange of gaming instruments for cash, maintaining the cage cash summary, cage balance sheet, Title 31 MTL log and all paperwork.
Qualifications:
Minimum six months previous guest service experience and cash handling experience, preferably in a casino, required. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner; possess excellent guest relations, communication skills and good organizational skills. Must be detail oriented and positive team player. Experience with and knowledge of Title 31 preferred. Must possess basic math and computer skills, including Excel. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stoop, bend and reach. Must have the manual dexterity required to write and operate computer/cash register. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many guests. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
