BELL ATTENDANT

As a Bell Attendant, you play an integral role in shaping each guest’s first and last impression of the resort. With a warm and welcoming presence, you create a seamless arrival and departure experience while delivering thoughtful, personalized service at every interaction. You are a proud ambassador of Four Seasons, connecting with guests in a genuine and meaningful way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms while providing a gracious and personalized introduction to the resort
  • Assist with luggage delivery and retrieval, ensuring accuracy, care, and efficiency
  • Anticipate guest needs by responding to requests, answering questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and genuine care
  • Engage with guests throughout the property, offering assistance and creating memorable moments
  • Support guest and resort needs through deliveries and special requests, both on and off property
  • Maintain organized luggage storage areas and accurate records of all deliveries
  • Collaborate with Guest Services, Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to create a seamless and elevated guest experience
  • Step in to support operational needs across the team during high-volume periods

  • A warm, friendly, and professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to connect with guests in a thoughtful and authentic way
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service
  • The ability to remain calm, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid Hawai‘i Driver’s License with a clean driving record
