Job Category: Customer ServiceWe are seeking a dedicated and detailed front desk Guest Services Associate at Homestead Country Club in Prairie Village, KS.

Summary

The associate is responsible for operating the front desk while providing a variety of club services for members to optimize member satisfaction and revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be familiar and promote all events and functions at the club.
• Greet members immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Deliver an exceptional guest service experience.
• Answering phone calls and replying to emails regarding the member's questions
• Enforcing policies and procedures for members and guests
• Book court reservations using knowledge of system.
• Keep lobby clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
• Assist in restaurant with to go orders.
• Follow all cash handling procedures.

Shift is 6am-2pm, Monday thru Friday

QualificationsRequirements

• Country Club or Front Desk experience a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Computer literate, Club Essentials system knowledge a plus
• High School graduate or GED equivalent
