Job Title: Guest Services Associate
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: Part-time with a tentative end date in late fall/early winter, pending business operations and individual performance (flexible schedule of 24 hours or more per week including weekends and holidays)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking guest-first, hospitality-focused Guest Services Associates with strong customer service skills who can confidently and professionally respond to a wide variety of situations to ensure guest satisfaction. Guest Services Associates play a critical role in shaping first and lasting impressions by warmly welcoming visitors, answering questions, assisting with the sale of general admission and memberships, and consistently following all ticketing and membership policies and procedures. Associates work across all Guest Services areas, including but not limited to cashier areas, ticket redemption, theater ushering, train conductor duties, carousel operation, Alaskan Adventure Splash Pad attendance, kiosk support, and operation of the Immotion virtual reality experience. This position reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor team and works collaboratively to deliver safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for every guest.
