Here is what you will be doing each day:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
  • Open doors and provide directional assistance as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Follow all safety and vehicle handling procedures
  • Support restaurant valet operations

Does this sound like you?

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties)
  • Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and guest items (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in multiple service areas
