Looking for an active, guest-facing role with great earning potential? Lodge Tower is hiring a Guest Services Agent Bell/Valet to join our Guest Services team in the heart of Vail Village. If you enjoy staying on the move, delivering standout service, and helping guests make the most of their mountain getaway, this is your chance to be part of a premier Vail lodging experience.

Duties Include:

• Delivering/ Retrieving luggage to and from guest rooms
• Shuttle driver
• Provide excellent customer service & creative problem solving.
• Assistant with some Concierge tasks
• Making, changing, and confirming reservations (Restaurant, transportation, babysitting, activities, etc.)
• Logging and delivering packages (mail)
• Checking parking passes
• Help around the lobby and kitchen

Start Date: 11/9/2026

Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $20.00/ hour + tips

Schedule: Full time set schedule with rotating Saturdays

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Important Driving Requirement: This position includes shuttle driving as a regular job responsibility. Due to the driving requirements, this role is not suitable for J-1 Work Travel participants.
• At least 21 years of age by the start date (for insurance compliance)
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean background check
• A high school diploma
• Strong guest service skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor
• A detail-oriented, organized approach to work
• A hardworking, honest, and dependable attitude
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Bell or valet experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Vail Village and Vail Mountain (preferred, but not required)
