Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Reports to: Guest Services Manager
As a Guest Services Agent, you’re one of the friendly faces our guests count on to help make their Camelback experience great! From answering questions and helping guests plan their day to solving problems and creating memorable moments, you’ll play an important role in keeping the guest experience running smoothly and creating memories for life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the tone! Welcome guests with a smile, create a warm and inviting experience throughout their visit, and send them off with a fond farewell that leaves them excited to come back to Camelback.
- Be the Camelback expert! Help guests with tickets, activities, season passes, waivers, employee IDs, Fireside Lockers, event tickets, and Lost & Found.
- Make it easy! Process guest purchases and payments using cash, credit cards, gift cards, coupons, and vouchers.
- Point guests in the right direction! Provide helpful, accurate information about Camelback Resort, including activities, locations, schedules, and all the fun we have to offer.
- Turn problems into positive experiences! Listen to guest concerns, find solutions, and help resolve issues with care and empathy—including processing refunds when needed.
- Be part of the team! Work together with other departments to help create a smooth, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Execute guest resolution strategies by actively listening to concerns, exercising empathy, and utilizing problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations and issue refunds when appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older – Worker’s Permit must be presented upon hire.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Schedule is flexible however needs to be agile to change in business levels and operational hours
- Strong listening, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
- Comfortable working with technology, learning new systems, and adapting to new tools and processes.
- Comfortable handling cash, processing transactions, and accurately counting and balancing money.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts (typically 8+ hours) to respond quickly to guest needs and support operational flow.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
