Job Description

From the heart of Clark Freeport Zone, the bustling centre of economic and tourism development in Central Luzon, rises Swissôtel Clark, a beacon of Swiss vitality and sustainability. With no fewer than 22 storeys, it’s the tallest building of its kind in the area. Part of the Hann Casino Resort complex, our non-smoking hotel provides easy access to all the dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities of Clark, Pampanga, while also acting as a haven of tranquility in the middle of it all.

This position is responsible for delivering warm, efficient, and personalized service

throughout the guest journey—arrival, stay, and departure—ensuring accuracy in Front

Office procedures and upholding Swissôtel and Accor service standards. The Guest Services

Agent supports daily Front Office operations, contributes to guest satisfaction, and maintains

effective communication with other departments.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Additional certification(s) in Tourism Management an advantage.

• Minimum 1–2 years of similar Front Office experience.

• Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.

• High level of professionalism and guest‑facing confidence.
