This position is responsible for delivering warm, efficient, and personalized service
throughout the guest journey—arrival, stay, and departure—ensuring accuracy in Front
Office procedures and upholding Swissôtel and Accor service standards. The Guest Services
Agent supports daily Front Office operations, contributes to guest satisfaction, and maintains
effective communication with other departments.
Knowledge and Experience
• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Additional certification(s) in Tourism Management an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of similar Front Office experience.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and guest‑facing confidence.
