The Guest Service Team Member serves as a welcoming and critical first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff at Dayton Children’s. This role is responsible for providing a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment by screening and badging individuals entering the facility, offering clear directions and assistance, and ensuring a positive experience throughout each visit. Guest Service Team Members exemplify the organization’s core values of compassion, collaboration, innovation, and safety.
Monday through Friday 1:00PM - 9:00PM. Required to work two holidays.
