What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Assist guests with selecting cakes, gifts, and party solutions for every celebration.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Answer phones, take cake orders, and provide product recommendations.
- Decorate cakes with balloons, bows, and retail items for a beautiful presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery environment.
- Restock retail merchandise, packaging, and front-of-house supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Bend, reach, and move throughout the bakery during shifts.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
