Job Location: Miami, FL 33172
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: SwingYou are friendly, professional, and enjoy helping people.
The Role
Assist guests with check ins, check outs, reservations, and daily service needs while ensuring smooth front desk operations.  The position will cover 2-3 day shifts between Mondays and Thursdays, and 2 Night Audit shifts (graveyard shift) on Fridays & Saturdays, subject to change based on hotel needs.
What You Will Be Doing
• Greet guests and provide helpful service
• Manage arrivals, departures, and reservations
• Answer questions and resolve issues
• Operate systems and process payments
• Communicate with departments
- Complete nightly audit and balance revenue
• Run system reports and verify accuracy
• Assist guests overnight
• Monitor building safety and security
• Prepare for morning shift
