Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process.
• Customer Service Excellence: Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with grace, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Coordination: Liaise with various hotel departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, etc.) to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any guest issues promptly, maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Upselling: Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using the hotel's management system.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar guest-facing role is highly desirable.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professionalism: Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to maintain a composed and friendly demeanor under pressure.
