Um uns stetiger weiter zu verbessern suchen wir Sie für folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Gäste von der Buchung und Anreise bis zur Abreise und Bewertung ein rundherum perfektes Hotelerlebnis genießen (360° Gasterlebnis)
  • Sie perfektionieren die "sensory architecture" in unseren öffentlichen Bereichen (z.B. Licht, Musik, Dekoration etc.)
  • Sie sind in ständigem Austausch mit unseren Gästen und sammeln das Feedback
  • Sie geben Ihr Feedback an unseren Guest Experience Manager weiter und Sie erarbeiten zusammen Verbesserungsideen
  • Sie kümmern sich um das Reklamationsmanagement
  • Sie beantworten Gästebewertungen auf allen relevanten internen sowie externen Portalen
  • Sie übernehmen Manager on Duty-Dienste

Wir entwickeln Ihre Talente. Folgende Erfahrungen bringen Sie bereits mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann/-frau, Hotelkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar, möglichst in der gehobenen Hotellerie
  • gerne verfügen Sie über Erfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Position im Bereich Customer / Guest Experience, optimal in der Hotel-/Reise-/Dienstleistungsbranche
  • eine herzliche, freundliche, charmante Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungs- und Qualtiätsbewußtsein
  • wirtschaftliches Denken kombiniert mit einem "Sinn für's Schöne"
  • ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Spanischkenntnisse und/oder weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, Kenntnisse von Opera PMS von Vorteil
