We’re searching for an exceptional Guest Services Lead to help us launch and deliver a world class front of house and hospitality experience at the brand new Birmingham offices of a world renown auditor.
In this hands on leadership role, you’ll oversee the full client journey—from ground floor welcome through to meeting room coordination, hospitality delivery and vending services. You’ll inspire and guide a high performing team to deliver consistently outstanding service, ensuring every client and guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience.
You’ll play a key role in the mobilisation of a brand new site which is due to open in Autumn, supporting recruitment, pre opening activity, change management for 2 existing team members and service design.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-6pm, Mon-Fri. Flexibility to support and oversee evening client events is essential.
Salary: £38,000 per annum.
