Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
  • Assist in managing front desk operations during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
  • Experience with front desk operations and guest services is essential.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems effectively for communication.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
