About Alba

Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent treatments in the award-winning spa and all-day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba’s beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.

The opportunity

We are currently recruiting for two key roles within our Operations team: Guest Service Agent / Concierge and a Reservations Agent. Each role contributes to the overall guest journey, all working together to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

What you’ll be doing

Guest Services Agent

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the face of Alba, delivering exceptional service at every stage of the guest journey. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the check-in and ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and memorable. You will confidently maximise sales through genuine, soft persuasion while efficiently multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role requires outstanding customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences for every guest.

Reservations Agent

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests by phone and email. You will manage bookings with accuracy, assist with enquiries, and support guests throughout their pre-arrival experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a guest-centric approach, and a natural ability to maximise sales opportunities.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

Casual positions available. Weekday, evenings and weekend availability a must.
